Laundry Guru is operated by CARDAN Technologies. Laundry Guru is designed to support operational laundry tracking, including item logging, workflow visibility, status tracking, accountability, and related operational features. The service is intended to help teams manage laundry processes more clearly and consistently.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details up to date.

We may suspend or restrict access to the service if we reasonably believe that an account is being used in breach of these Terms, in a way that creates security risk, or in a way that may harm the service or other users.

Laundry Guru may offer paid features, subscriptions, or other in-app purchases. Where applicable, pricing, billing terms, renewal terms, trial details, and cancellation terms will be presented to you at the point of purchase.

If you purchase a subscription through Apple, billing will be handled through your App Store account and will be subject to Apple’s applicable terms and conditions. You are responsible for reviewing the purchase terms shown at checkout.

We may update pricing or subscription offerings from time to time, but any such changes will not affect an active subscription period already paid for unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or required by law.

You agree not to:

• use Laundry Guru in violation of any applicable law or regulation

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, related systems, or other accounts

• interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or integrity of the service

• upload or submit unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing content

• misuse the service in a way that could damage CARDAN Technologies, Laundry Guru, or other users

You remain responsible for the content and operational information you enter into the service.

We may add, remove, update, improve, or modify features at any time. Some features may depend on device compatibility, operating system support, permissions, internet connectivity, or subscription status.

While we aim to provide a reliable service, Laundry Guru is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Laundry Guru, including its software, design, text, branding, logos, graphics, interfaces, and related content, is owned by CARDAN Technologies or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by law or these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of Laundry Guru without prior written permission.

Laundry Guru may rely on third-party services to support hosting, authentication, storage, app distribution, communications, diagnostics, analytics, or related operational functions. Your use of Laundry Guru may therefore involve services provided by third parties.

CARDAN Technologies is not responsible for third-party services except as required by applicable law. Your use of third-party platforms, including the Apple App Store, may also be subject to those third parties’ own terms and policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CARDAN Technologies and its affiliates, officers, employees, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use Laundry Guru.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any total liability arising out of or relating to Laundry Guru will be limited to the amount you paid to use the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or, if greater, the minimum amount required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

You may stop using Laundry Guru at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, created risk for the service or other users, or where we are otherwise entitled or required to do so.

Termination or suspension does not affect any rights or obligations that by their nature should survive termination, including provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the app, website, or by other appropriate means. The updated version will become effective when posted unless stated otherwise.

Your continued use of Laundry Guru after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
